Case Managers
Case managers provide educational and rehabilitation counselling to clients’ and their families. Our case managers understand that the recovery process can be difficult and overwhelming. They help the client and the client’s family navigate the various services and benefits they may be in need of and advise on the best course of action. Our case managers ensure effective communication is made between the client and the client’s rehabilitation team to ensure their program is reflective of both short and long-term needs.
