Rehabilitation Support Workers (RSW)
Our rehabilitation support workers (RSWs) assist clients with activities of daily living both inside and outside of the home on a one-on-one basis regularly. Our RSWs are specialized in the support of people recovering from brain injury and spinal cord trauma and the challenges that individuals face post-traumatic injury. Our RSWs work under the direction and supervision of the rehabilitation team to help achieve a client’s distinctive recovery goals. Our RSWs will work with our clients to help them re-learn daily skills and improve their cognitive and physical abilities through the client preferred activities. Ultimately, we support our clients to be independent and reintegrate into their community at a gradual and well-paced manner.
